Coaching New Management Behaviors

Christopher Chapman introduces W.E. Deming's philosophy and Eli Goldratt's Theory of Constraints, providing a basis for managers to learn to manage complexity and systems instead of people.

Christopher Chapman is an agile coach under the Leanintuit consortium who has been working with Agile frameworks and practices since 1999. He enjoys helping software teams and their organizations realign the work they do with how they do it using lean, agile, and other techniques. When not coaching, he enjoys running, brewing beer, and board games.
