At the end of presentation was said "don't ever have 30 developers...". What is correct span ration of manager to follow these guidelines? I really like what was said and it basically follows "servant leadership" principles, but I think it just cannot be done correctly with bigger ratio than 1:20 (my experience - had 15-20, now 30+). Front line manager can struggle with this as span ratio is not his decision.
