And this pretty much covers chapter on meditation. But in the end, the book is not original source of these ideas either, although the shape of the complete curriculum there probably is. I can't say that it works because I'm in it just for a while, but even for the peace inside it is worth it, especially when you need to give up only couple of minutes a day.
Slides are useless

The style of presentation, that relegates the slides as a visual commentary on the content via stock images, unfortunately leaves readers with slides that are useless as a self-standing unit. I would encourage the author the author to rework the slides that convey, and till then, maybe infoq just disable the slides link? That way, if you don't have to an hour to watch a video, you know to skip this presentation.
