Bio
Zsolt Fabok is a team leader and a blogger. When he started to get familiar with the Agile, Lean and eXtreme Programming methodologies 6 years ago, he immediately became an enthusiast. He spent the last three years mastering Kanban and helping the organizations he has been working in to successfully adapt its principles. He is the founder and co-organizer of the Budapest Lean&Kanban Meetup group.
