Jen Myers is a web designer, front-end web developer and an instructor at Dev Bootcamp Chicago, an intensive web development education program. In 2011, she founded the Columbus, Ohio chapter of Girl Develop It, a group that provides introductory coding classes aimed at women, and she currently co-leads the Girl Develop It Chicago chapter.

Strange Loop is a multi-disciplinary conference that aims to bring together the developers and thinkers building tomorrow's technology in fields such as emerging languages, alternative databases, concurrency, distributed systems, mobile development, and the web.
