    "Anyway, sorry, I'm not gonna read this." Still, content would be OK, but after some time I got a feeling that someone is constantly shouting at me. :-) Passionate is good, kinda angry or agitated or what was it is a bit too much. I'd be curious how the code looks in their team, because it sounds like it must be perfect. ("I'll kick you out of my team.")

    I'm afraid this guy only worked with very junior or unskilled people around (no surprise if it's working for consultancies), with this kind of body language and arrogance all good people probably left those companies. Very funny how proud he is of how he is approaching code reviews :) as if there is no life without code reviews or SOLID principles :)
