Todd Sedano explains the way to enable one's team to not only survive but thrive through abrupt changes in team composition. He tells a story about how his team continued to deliver through chaotic times. This ten person team slowly lost most of its developers yet still delivered the product successfully. In the end, 22 developers worked on the 43 week project.

Todd Sedano is Engineering Manager at Pivotal. He loves helping engineers be creative, more expressive, and more collaborative. He's been in several improv troupes and teaches Improv for Engineers workshops.
