Eben Halford is an Agile Coach, Trainer and Facilitator, currently helping software teams and business units at Credit Suisse to be Agile using a mixture of Scrum, XP and Lean Kanban. Halford has 20 years technology exposure with significant management experience gained at major U.S. and European blue chip companies, initially developing then consulting on projects.
