Amazon Offers MySQL as a Service
Amazon has announced a new service, Amazon Relational Database Service or RDS, a solution for creating and accessing a relational database in the cloud. Helios Uses Satellite Kernels to Deal with Heterogeneous Environments
Helios is a Microsoft research OS project intended to ease the process of writing applications for heterogeneous environments by using satellite kernels. The researchers involved are: Edmund B.
