QCon London (brought to you by the creators and editors at InfoQ.com) starts in 8 weeks. A family of 8 international conferences, QCon focuses on bringing innovative developers together to learn and grow. Some of this year’s confirmed QCon London sessions include:

In all there will be 100+ technical sessions and workshops at QCon London this year.

QCon offers 3 full days of technical sessions that target senior developers, tech leads, and architects. There are 6 session slots throughout the day and features 8 concurrent tracks. Each track is organized as a vertical conference within the larger conference. QCon London offers 16 curated tracks by extremely well-known and respected software leaders. The tracks include: Back to Java, Modern Native Languages, Full Stack JavaScript, DevOps & CI/CD, Disrupting Finance, and Architecture’s You’ve Always Wondered About.

  • Angular 2 by Gerard Sans: Angular 2 introduces some major improvements over its predecessor. We are going to cover the main areas so you can start creating your own projects and enjoy its benefits Today.
  • Software Architecture Fundamentals by Neal Ford: The job Software Architect places in the top ten of most annual surveys of best jobs, yet no clear path exists from Developer to Architect. Neal discuss techniques and tools for making the transition.
  • Domain-Driven Design by Eric Evans: Eric helps your build your awareness of the basic concepts and value of Domain-Driven Design in a single day.
  • Containers in production with Docker Swarm by Jérôme Petazzoni: Docker Swarm went 1.0 at the end of last year. This workshop discusses Docker for ops, Backups, Logs, Security updates, cluster discover, and much more.
