Joel Semeniuk shares some of the lessons he learned managing development teams, how he got into Kanban and why its principles are helpful.


Joel Semeniuk is a founder of Imaginet Resources Corp, a Microsoft Regional Director and MVP in Team System, an INETA speaker, and has a degree in Computer Science. Joel is passionate about Application Lifecycle Management tooling, techniques, and mindsets and regularly speaks at conferences on ALM topics. Joel is also the co-author of "Managing Projects with Microsoft Visual Studio Team System".

DevTeach stands for Developers Teaching Therefore, It is a conference done by developers for developers.
