Oracle has released Java ME Embedded 3.2 and Java Embedded Suite 7.0, two new additions to Oracle's line of Java Embedded technologies. Java ME Embedded is a Java runtime optimized for microcontrollers and other resource-constrained devices. Java Embedded Suite is a Java application platform for embedded systems, which consists of Java SE Embedded, GlassFish Embedded, Jersey and Java DB.

Azure has its own Chaos Monkey
Steve Marx, founder of Site44.com, has released WazMonkey, a simple version of Netflix’s Chaos Monkey for Azure. It allows developers to test their Azure deployments in much the same manner as Chaos Monkey tests Amazon Web Services. The methodology of testing employed by both WazMonkey and Chaos Monkey randomly injects real life failure scenarios into existing cloud-based software deployments.
