Mens Sana in Corpore Sano: Optimizing Mind & Body

Phil Nash talks about one developer’s experience learning to live a healthier life and some of the solutions he came up with to make meaningful changes in his life. Leading a healthier, happy life is about more than just willpower; there are several components which all affect each other.

Phil Nash is a semi-independent software developer, coach and consultant - working in as diverse fields as finance, Agile coaching and iOS development. A long time C++ developer he also has his feet in F#, C#, Objective-C and Swift - as well as dabbling in other languages. He is the author of several open source projects - most notably Catch: a C++-native test framework.
