    This "experiment" seems to conflate capacity planning (estimation vs. no estimates) with methodology (Scrum vs. mob/flow), which would otherwise be an orthogonal decision.

    Part of the problem is that the video does not clearly reveal the instructions given to each team. In particular, where estimation was and was not occurring.

    Perhaps there are links to other resources so that folks can read up on the purpose, setup, execution, and postmortem of running such a session?
